  We recently had our guttering/down pipes replaced. The work was completed in a day, and the team were very friendly and professional throughout. They also kept us informed when they were unable to attend on the originally arranged Monday, which we appreciated. There were a couple of down pipes they wern't able to replace because of their connection to a drain and difficult access due to plants, which was a little disappointing. However, overall the work was carried out efficiently and the team were pleasant to deal with. Thank you for the work.

  So happy with our new garden!

  It has been such a pleasure to have RWS Home Improvement do our garden. I originally set out to do a much smaller job, but we pretty much decided to renovate as much of the garden as we could after seeing their work and how accommodating they were. They are meticulous and put a lot of effort in designing the garden in a way that works with the surroundings and our needs. It is great quality work and the family (including the cat) are very pleased with our new garden. Thank you very much!

  Riley came to see the patio work I wanted doing. He talked me through the proposed work and explained everything in detail. We agreed a price and the work began 3 days later and was completed in 2 days to a high standard. I had constant contact from him, which was a thing that I really appreciated. Really friendly and nothing was too much trouble, thanks so much Riley

  A reborn garden

  Riley was employed to bring a very ailing back garden to an acceptable standard; specifically the paving and lawn. We were told that the time frame should be 5 days. The quotation and time frame were accepted. The result was that we have a garden to be proud of and no longer a chore to maintain. The endeavour committed was exemplary to the degree that the time frame was reduced by a full day and included some extras we asked for. What more could you ask for.
