The job was booked through a 3rd party. The guys arrived on time, looked a the faults, showed me pictures of what they found and offered to complete the repairs there and then. The quote was reasonable and they were helpful and courteous. I would definitely use this company again.

Tristan and his team worked well, respectful, polite. Explained everything, took lots of evidential photos of the existing problem and again once it was repaired. Very pleased with the work.

Highly efficient service, the work was carried within one week of my initial enquiry. I had new guttering plus alterations to existing guttering. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. I would highly recommend.

The roofer completed the job and sent photos afterwards. However, the communication could have been clearer. They arrived and started work without letting us know, and only contacted us when they were about to leave. While the work seems fine, we would have preferred better communication.
