Richard first came to complete an EICR and then the remedial work. There was no pressure to have the remedial work carried out by them. Richard and the team were professional, honest, and there was excellent communication throughout. Work was completed very well and areas were tidied up after they were finished. I would highly recommend and use again.

Richard was fantastic from the very first interaction. He asked all relevant questions, assessed what I needed and quoted a very fair price. He was very communicative but didn’t push me into using him. He even rearranged his work schedule to rush my job through as I had no electricity. He arrived on time, called me the night before arrival and texted me when he was on route. He was thorough and tidy and very respectful. The certificate of work was emailed to me very quickly. I would definitely recommend him and he will now be my first port of call for any other works I may need carrying out.

Over all I am very impressed and pleased with the service I received from RWR Electrical Services ltd. I requested a EICR for peace of mind after buying a house, RWR were able to fit me in on short notice and work around my availability. Terry preformed my EICR and was very polite and clearly very knowledgeable and was able to keep me informed and explained things as he went along. Will definitely use again in the future!
