Bathroom fitting

We used R Wilson services to fit our new bathroom. They hit us with a huge additional bill post the install, so it became an unpleasant and costly experience dealing with them. Additional costs were only mentioned after the work was undertaken which contravened their quote terms stating any additional costs would be agreed in advance. When we sought clarification for the additional bill, we were met with aggressive & threatening behaviour. There was little justification for the additional costs however they threatened court action if we didn’t pay. We feel hard done by.

Great service. Left a message. Matt got back to me and arrived the next day. Took every precaution he could wearing ppe and explained what he'd touched. Would use again and recommend

Excellent job, called out on a Saturday to diagnose fault, ordered part and fitted early Monday. Offered heaters to use over weekend.Excellent service from an excellent company. Highly recommend them
