He was punctual, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable about the job. Not only did he fit the new boiler with care and precision, but he also gave my whole heating system a thorough service, making sure everything was running efficiently and safely. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and left the work area spotless. It’s great to find a tradesperson who takes real pride in their work!

Ross came to fix my gas fire that hadn't worked for months. He was very fast at fixing the issue and explained what he was doing along the way. He got me to try and start the fire myself before he left so I knew what to do, which I found helpful. Definitely recommend.
