Ross fit me in for a boiler service with short notice (which was long over due). He communicated well regarding the appointment and sent me documents immediately.. He was prompt and professional. When the time comes I'll be using him again for a new one. I have no hesitation recommending him to others.

Ross serviced our gas fire and boiler today. All went smoothly, with good communication on WhatsApp to book the appointment and confirm the price. Friendly and reliable service. We will definitely book him again next year.

Ross came round the same day as we didn’t have any heating engineer. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained clearly what the issue was. He also serviced the boiler at the same time. Excellent work and would highly recommend him.

Had the gas boiler serviced recently and outside tap fitted I asked if Ross could quote and do this work after he dropped everything to come and help fix a leak in the bathroom and even though he hadn’t previously done any work for me he came straight out and repaired it I would definitely recommend.
