Ray arrived when promised, very thorough and found the problem- part of our living room was linked to the hall thermostat. Once fixed the heating in that room is now working as expected

Within 30 minutes, the plumber had arrived and begun to fix the issue. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and effectively. I rang several plumbers but these were the only ones to reply on a Friday night. They did so straight away, whereas the others didn’t even return my call.

I phoned this company which I had never used before and spoke to the owner Ray I explained that I had a faulty plug socket which had shorted out all my other electrical items and he came to see me later in the afternoon. I was very impressed with his workmanship and courteous manner and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Very satisfied with the service provided. Ray was quick to initiate contact and communication was excellent throughout. On the day of the work Ray arrived at the agreed time and he stayed until he was sure that everything was as we wanted. The work was completed tidily and in a nice friendly manner. Highly recommended; will not hesitate to use again.
