  Excellent Builder and Extension

  Rob has impressive knowledge and experience as a builder which he used to make the project work smoothly at every stage. He has a broad range of trade skills to hand and when needed brought with him other individuals he has worked with before. All were equally great at their work! Liaised with Planning and Architect/Engineer right from the first spade in the ground. Brilliant, tidy, hard work ethic, and no going off to other jobs as he works one at a time. Having agreed a billing schedule Rob liaised with us and kept to it all through. Highly recommended, smashing extension!! Thank you!

  Single Storey Extension

  Single Storey Extension. Excellent Builder. Job complete with no fuss in a timely fashion. Polite, accommodating. Fully recommended. Rob only works on one project at a time, has excellent working relations with Building Control Inspectors and other trades.

  Two storey side extension

  Second time using RW Construction and as with the first job we’re extremely happy with the quality and build completed by Rob & Tom. Rob has managed to tie the new extension in perfectly with the original house which was built in 1901. Rob communicated with us throughout the build, he always went above and beyond to find solutions to any problem/change to plan and we highly valued his recommendations on various materials and internals which have elevated the finished look of the extension. We look forward to working with RW construction again with our future renovation works.

  Patio base and retaining walls

  Once again we used R W Construction to complete more building work for our garden. Rob and his team built retaining patio walls and a concrete base for our patio that is going to be laid in the spring. The area was about 50m2 and once again they did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their workmanship is to a very high standard and they completed it in a timely manner. We will definitely use them in the future for other projects!!!   Fitting internal insulation and plastering dining room and above bedroom.

  Discussed the job and fully understood the work required. Quoted a reasonable price I was prepared to pay. Arranged a suitable time frame for work and set up a payment plan so I knew what to pay at each stage of work. Checked prior to work starting and the guys arrived on time every day. They covered what they could and cleaned up at the end of the day before leaving. Plastering is a messy job but they did what they could to reduce the impact. Plastering was done efficiently and to a good standard. I was very satisfied with the final finish.
