  Bedroom repair at short notice

  We needed an urgent repair job on a bedroom. Water leakage in the roof meant that the plaster and paint was damaged and peeling off due. With just two days notice with Jagjeet and his team came and plastered and repainted. Just like previous projects, the communication was excellent, the workmanship was great and the pricing was reasonable. Would recommend 5/5

  Garage conversion into bedroom with ensuite

  RUTBA did an excellent job converting our garage into a habitable room with an ensuite. Communication was clear and straightforward, making him very easy to work with. Jagjeet stuck to the promised timeline and completed the job on time. He was flexible, accommodating changes with ease, and upfront about any additional costs, allowing us to make informed decisions.   Annex work , new wall, insulation, plastering

  We initially called Rutba building services for what we thought was a small job of building a new wall over an existing doorway. This turned out to become a bigger job. Jagjeet and his team were punctual, efficient & fairly priced. Communication was great, he kept us appraised of what was happening & any issues he came across The quote was explained and fairly put together & work was completed in a timely manner. They ended up building the wall but also adding a floor, insulation, plastering & painting Jagjeet was very helpful with suggestions & communication
