Excellent service from Rustic Rural! Prompt response from the initial enquiry on Checkatrade. The team was professional, courteous, and demonstrated great workmanship. I had a small issue with one of the doors not closing, and they had no hesitation in returning to fix it promptly. I would highly recommend. The only area for improvement is their response time to emails.

Bespoke extendable dining table.

Instead of purchasing an extending dining table retail, which are almost all basically 'engineered' timber, we thought we would seek a quote for a bespoke table using solid hardwood Ash. We were surprised to find that the cost was very competitive compared to the lower quality materials available in retail products and went ahead. Andy provided help as guidance throughout the build process and provided design options and recommendations based on our key criteria. The table was complete within a very short timescale and we have been extremely impressed with the craftsmanship and quality.

Andy and the team were a pleasure, always on time, cleaned up after themselves and helped and advised on all the work we required without ever being pushy, they worked within our budget The workmanship is second to none and the price quoted did reflect this. Me and my wife would highly recommend rustic rural for all your wooden furniture requirements

Walk in wardrobe

Really pleased with our wardrobe which Andy built for us in the loft bedroom. It’s an unusual shape but wasn’t a problem at all for him. A combination of rails and shelves were installed. Andy took care of everything including door handles and skirting boards etc to make it so easy for us. Even hoovered up at the end! Andy also put us a door on the en suite and filled in the gap at the top. Great job. Really friendly and pleasant to have in the house. Admin side also very efficient with email and invoices sent promptly. Definitely will be using Rustic Rural again. Thank you so much

I was very happy with my experience with Rustic Rural. Andrew helped me to decide what work I wanted from my initial ideas and responded quickly and patiently to my questions. The work was completed to the agreed schedule and the end result is really nice. The whole process was professional and friendly from start to finish. I highly recommend Rustic Rural!

The installation of a boot room was perfect. From being unsure how it would come together, They made the idea in my head into a reality, it turned out fabulous, better than I imagined. I would recommend them every time. The process was smooth, from quoting to finishing the job i was kept informed and up to date.
