Highly professional in all aspects

The entire fencing at one side of the house needed replacing. Russell James Fencing arrived bang on time and set to work. They were very well organised and energetic. The task was completed in around four hours. The new fencing looks great and has possibly added to the property value! They are highly recommended.

I recently had Russell James Fencing out to replace my garden fencing and I couldn't be happier with the result. From the start, the quoting process was simple and straightforward with no hidden surprises. The team was incredibly polite and professional throughout the job. What really impressed me was how tidy they were—they cleared away every bit of rubbish and left the garden spotless. The fence looks fantastic and is clearly built to last. They even took the time to give me some great tips on how to maintain it and keep the wood in top condition. Highly recommended!

Russell was great from the first contact right through to the completion of the work. He was very polite, friendly, and kept me informed about when he would be arriving. He clearly explained what he was going to do, removed all the old fencing, cleaned up afterwards, and left no mess at all. I'm very happy with the result – I think it looks great!

My interaction with Russell was excellent from quotation and keeping me informed of when work would be carried out. Workmanship is excellent , removed all old fencing and cleaned up leaving the area clean. I am very happy with the work carried out and would use again
