  I’ve used Russell for a few years now to service my unvented hot water cylinder and also my combi boiler. Once a year for both. Always a pleasure to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

  So refreshing to find someone who we can feel confident in. They know what they are doing and explain things clearly to us. After quite a few bad experiences with other engineers, we are very pleased with the work done and will be returning for regular servicing.

  Russell is a pleasure to deal with, easy to get hold of, excellent communication, turns up when he says he will, is polite and does an excellent job. I've never hesitated to recommend him and have used him for well over a decade and more than one boiler replacement.
