Kieran was very nice, polite and I was impressed with the fact that he put on shoe protectors before he went upstairs, the fact that the parking is terrible round here and the loft awkward to get into was no problem at all, the problem was exactly as he thought from his diagnosis just from my description and he completed the job quickly and efficiently, I would definately use again.
