  Loft conversion

  We received 3 quotes and immediately felt 100% happy and confident choosing Tom, We had a loft conversion and bathroom and couldn't be happier. Phil did the majority of the work, his skills in what he does are 2nd to none, made suggestions where he thought something would be better, always left the house tidy, kept us informed everyday of what he would be doing. The whole team works so well together, we found the whole process stress free and felt completely comfortable asking questions about the work. We would 100% recommend Tom and his team and will certainly be using them for future work.

  Chimney Breast Removals Throughout

  Tom was absolutely superb throughout, super helpful on explaining what work needed to be done and why, provided a clear quote broken down into jobs and when we had issues with planning / bc consent, Tom went above and beyond to resolve the issue and was very patient in waiting for the all ok to go ahead with the work. The work was carried out quickly at short notice and the house was left immaculate and the quality of the work was second to none. Could not recommend Tom and his team enough and will continue to use him the future.

  Foundation slab, services trench and brickwork for workshop

  Tom and his team did a great job of establishing a 54m2 reinforced 6" thick concrete foundation in our back garden including a 55m services long trench for services and a low brickwall. The work was done very professionally, everything done as expected and to the agreed schedule and costs. Very flexible approach and good ideas to improve the design. The team was certainly not affraid of hard work eg as some sections of the trench was hand dug with great energy. Very tidy and courteous and a joy to work with......a gold medal for tea-drinking! Would definitely use again.

  Loft conversion

  Just had our loft conversion completed by Tom and the team . I can’t begin to say how outstanding this company is . After a few issues with the plans - Tom and his team got onto a bit of a complicated job - two bedrooms and a bathroom - using their initiative and outstanding skills , got on with the job and made a fantastic finish - nothing is too much for any of them . All of the guys were professional, confident, understanding and worked extremely hard every day ! Total trust in the house from all involved . Anyone wanting a job done by this company should jump at the chance to.

  Demolishing and making good a chimney breast in the kitchen

  Whilst talking to Tom I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and was the only one of 3 who quoted who explained why I needed steel brackets to support the chimney above. A structural engineer was consulted who checked the proposed work to be carried out was sufficient. Tom runs a tight ship and checks on his team at least once a day but they are good workers, polite, tidy and happy, one in particular liking to burst into song! I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team even my daughter was impressed and has plans for him to build an extension.

  External works for protective fencing - company based.

  Very polite, no nonsense quotation, with recommendations for sensible alternative that would be equally as effective. Good quality of work provided and would recommend again. Service provided concreting and high quality steel fencing.
