Rudi came & identified the problem really quickly, put in an interim solution which worked perfectly whilst new parts ordered & explained everything to me really well! He then came back in promised time frame & put in permanent fix. All for a very reasonable price. Friendly & reliable. Thank you! Will definitely use again should the need arise!
