Adam was helpful and communicated well from our first call. He provided helpful advice, with no pressure to purchase and on the day of fitting the new boiler was courteous, tidy and did a great job. We thoroughly recommend his work.

Adam went out of his way to fit us in to visit for a quote, which he sent to us the same day of his visit. He was very clear with his quotes, offering us a variety of different priced options and was happy to talk us through each option. Once we had accepted a quote, he managed to fit us in very quickly and was very quick and efficient with the job, removing all the old pipework, making good brickwork where the old flue had been and putting in one additional radiator and moving another. The quality of work was fantastic. He was efficient, clean and tidy. Absolutely recommend Ruckheat!
