  Did an OK job, but totally over priced for a less than 10 min job

  Thank you for your review. The price was clearly explained and agreed in advance before I attended. The job took longer than 10 minutes, and I checked that you were happy with the work before leaving, which you confirmed. While I respect your opinion, the cost was agreed prior to the work being carried out so feel this review is unfair. I wish you all the best.

  Cleaning windows, gutters, fascias.

  Marcel was brilliant from start to finish. He arrived bang on time, was friendly, professional and worked with real attention to detail. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he made sure everything was left spotless! Marcel explained what he was doing clearly and kept my wife and I updated throughout, which really put us at ease. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in their work, it was honestly a pleasure to meet him. I’ll definitely be using him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

  We’ve used Ruan windows since we moved into the area and we have never been disappointed with their services. They’re very professional, communication is always excellent as well as the end result of our sparkling windows.
