Had a large block in our soil pipe, called the office and spoke to a couple of people. They both were professional, one diagnosed the issue and the other arranged for a drainage engineer to attend. The lad turned up with all the jets and cameras and the blockage was cleared within an hour, I also got a lovely job report with photos. Can’t fault anything!
