    Toilet seat fitting

    Great communication from Rob. Turned up as we arranged. Removed old toilet seat with some difficulty & replaced with new. Also replaced broken metal strip under bathroom door with new.

    Kitchen work

    Found where the bird got in and repaired area also reinforcing with plasterboard. Also put new grate in vent which was the access point. Very professional and clean. Happy with work.
