I agreed to pay £350 for an end-of-tenancy deep clean, including professionally cleaned carpets, as stated in the contract. I chose this company based on their positive reviews and expected a high standard of work. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The cleaning was superficial and far from a deep clean. Key areas such as blinds, door handles, door frames, and oven doors were not cleaned at all. Despite repeatedly raising these issues during the visit, the work was not properly completed. In the end, my wife and I had to spend two additional days cleaning house ourselves
