I know Richie for 7 years now. He was recommended by one of my colleagues from work and he was the one who installed and reviews yearly my combi boiler. He is a very reliable person, very professional and always delivers a job well done! I couldn’t be more pleased about his services and I am sure my boiler is in such a good condition, due to his expertise and quality work. We have used Richard for many years. He is polite, friendly, reliable and he prices very fairly. This was another first class job. Richard serviced the boiler and fitted a new designer radiator in one of our bedrooms. He will always discuss with you any problems that he encounters and offers solutions before proceeding. I have found that finding decent heating engineers is very difficult; if you want a top engineer at competitive rates then Richard is your person. Highly recommended.

RT Hydro have been our go to company for all plumbing and heating needs for a number of years now. They have installed 2 new boilers for me (2 different properties), helped with an emergency leak issue and most recently helped to re-route all hot water pipes in our house due to an underground leak. Richard is always genuine and trustworthy, always there when he says he will be, the prices are competitive and, above all, the work carried out is always to an extremely high standard. I will continue to use RT Hydro and would highly recommend.
