Rick is the plumber you keep in your phone book - polite from start to finish, very tidy, kept informed of works and progress, bathroom completely transformed.

Ricky was 10/10 from start to finish. Bathroom needed a complete overhaul. After contacting Ricky he came out quickly to view the bathroom and talk through what I wanted. He then came back a second time for measurements and to make sure he understood my vision. I picked the pieces I wanted and Ricky gave his excellent professional advice and guidance. Bathroom was installed and finished to a high standard. Ricky was professional and flexible throughout. Overall a lovely tradesman!! Couldn’t recommend more. I will include before and after pictures below so you can see what a transformation!!

Ricky is very professional & personable. He carried out the work in good time and did a brilliant job cleaning up after himself. I felt at ease with him in my house and would use him again without a doubt.

We contacted Ricky about replacing the bath, he came over and gave us a quote the same day. He arrived with his team on time and they worked solidly for hours. Very pleased with the new bath and shower screen installed. Left everything tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Ricky updated me at every stage. Unfortunately we couldn't turn the stop cock off and I'm waiting for Anglian Water to point out the outside source. Nice friendly fellow, highly recommended.
