This is the second time we have contracted Rick this year. Rick fitted a bath for us the first time and the second time, bathroom tiles. Communication was excellent and Rick was very flexible around my work schedule which made the process really easy! More importantly, the bathroom looks amazing, the work carried out is high quality and no mess was left behind 🙏🏻 We’ve definitely found our go to company!

We had our bathroom fully renovated by Ricky, and we are so pleased with the results. His workmanship and attention to detail are absolutely excellent. What really stood out was Ricky’s professionalism throughout the entire project. He was consistently punctual, tidy, and kept us updated on progress. Contacted Ricky Thurlow, he came out promptly, gave us a quote for a bathroom refurbish and set a date for work to start. Rick and his team came when they said they would and carried out all the necessary work, which was completed to a high standard. Left everything neat and tidy and removed all the old fittings etc. Very friendly and efficient service. I will definitely use them again.

I had a brilliant service from Ricky and the team that came round to replace a radiator and hen fit my system with some TRV’s. They were incredibly fast and efficient, a great team that kept everything nice and tidy, were very courteous and brilliant communicators leading up to and in completing the job. I will certainly be calling on Ricky again soon, as I have some more changes to my hearing system that I would like to do, and Ricky and his team will be my first stop!

From start to finish Ricky has been excellent, both with communication and quality of work. I genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough and I will definitely put any future plumbing work his way.
