Was extremely pleased with the work that the company carried out in our loft which was completed on time with the area being left clean and tidy. Also the invoice submitted was exactly as the quote. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

RTC carried out a major strip-back, re-cladding and re-glazing of a church hall. They worked quickly and showed great problem solving skills on a wonky and dilapidated wooden framed building. What they found they fixed without fuss. They were open to collaboration with the inspecting architect. They worked closely with their window sub-contractor to form bespoke window openings for the new glazing and door. All the cladding and internal joinery was finished to a very high standard. Minor snagging was atttended to promptly. Site was always clean and safe. Very pleased customer.

Rob is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of building and house renovation and everything he did was top quality. I first asked him to look at fitting a new flat roof but I ended up asking him to take care of everything, from new doors and windows, everything in the house including a new kitchen and bathroom, to a full garden renovation. I can't recommend him enough.

We brought Rob back to build a garden room/studio for us off the back of the good work he did renovating our house. He was consultative as ever throughout the process - offering advice where needed whilst taking our priorities into account. We worked together with him to figure out the best approach. Rob and his team did an amazing job. Communication was clear and simple from first contact, which allowed us to move on with the job very quickly. Rob and his team were super friendly and professional. Everyone took a great care during and after the job to ensure all was done to a very high standard and that everything was clean afterwards. There were a few unforeseen issues during the renovation work, but Rob took them promptly keeping it to budget and timeline. Rob surveyed the works and was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions of how best to proceed. We agreed a plan of removing our old kitchen and existing wall, and opening up to create a kitchen/diner with new kitchen, electrical sockets as well as plastering and painting works. The works were carried out to a high standard, and we were very pleased with the final installation. There was a high level of communication throughout the job and the team were very neat and tidy when working around the property.
