I’ve used Ryan for a couple of jobs regarding my aging boiler. The first time was for a general repair. Ryan was quick to come out, diagnose, and get our heating working again. The second time was due to the boiler packing up again (with an unrelated issue) and needing replacing entirely. Ryan was quick to come out to look and gave us the option of a repair or a full replacement. Ryan fitted the new boiler within a couple of days. Both times Ryan’s communication and timeliness was fantastic - as was the quality of his work. Would not hesitate to use Ryan again.

Ryan has just serviced our boiler and replaced our kitchen tap. Faultless workmanship, tidy and on time, same as every visit from Ryan. I wouldn't use anyone else.

British Gas condemned our old boiler. Ryan from RTB came with a glowing recommendation. Ryan did a great job of the installation of a new boiler. Ryan is hard working, courteous, takes a real pride in his work, turns up on time and clears up so well. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone.

Ryan very quickly diagnosed the fault with my heating system and went out of his way to obtain the replacement parts required and complete the job the same day. He is obviously a very experienced engineer and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Ryan was fantastic! He came round the same afternoon as I called and diagnosed the problem. He came back the next day and by process of elimination, was able to work out why my boiler was never cutting out despite all the checks carried out by other professionals.
