Rob & team completed bathroom is beautiful and excellent workmanship. However, following all new bathroom Rob advised we would need a water pump as our upstairs pressure was not as good as it could be. As requested we handed over £400 for this pump and Rob said he would be in touch when part is in and he will arrange to come out and fit. Since chasing Rob we have discovered both me and husband have been blocked from all communications. Disgusting behaviour and would not recommend hiring for the job.

Absolutely outstanding work from Rob and team from start to finish. From quoting to the final en suite reveal, they kept us updated and talked us through the progress. Very reasonably priced and such great lads! Already planning the next job!

We needed a small en-suite shower room updating after more than 20 years. Rob listened to our needs and had great vision in planning a reconfiguration of the room to create more space. The work performed by Rob and Dave was excellent and both were helpful enough to resolve some other unrelated issues that cropped up at the same time. Highly recommended.

Excellent job. Replaced an old bathroom and completely renovated it. Rob and Dave were courteous and friendly and no problem was too big or too small. Rob fixed every issue that came along with calmness and made the refit as stress free as possible. Couldn't recommend them enough excellent and very happy with my beautiful bathroom

Quoted for bathroom & wall panelling at a very competitive rate, during the works issues came up which was never a problem, they were sorted quickly and didn’t effect finish time. Added extras such as outside tap, new stopcock & new verge sheets was fitted again at a very good rate without hassle. Wall panelling looks great and at a god price. Half way through the works I asked for fitted storage under my stairs and the price was half of what I had been previously quoted and looks quality. Overall the price,quality,communication and finish time was faultless from start to finish.

I was told a downstairs toilet would only be 3.5 days to complete, a month later it's semi completed and I have to go with someone else. They conducted poor work in regards to the bits they did carry out. Left me with a leak and an incompleted toilet and damp coming through the walls where they left the leak. I contacted him about it he said he would look at it and just constantly never showed up. Week after week he had a new excuse, it was just constant lies, when he did turn up it was never on time and only for 2 hours max. Not to be trusted with your hard earned money.
