I was really pleased and grateful for the service and advice provided by Rajan. We had a few issues with our architect who wasn't offering the best advice and was slowing down our project costing me money. We urgently needed Rajan to conduct a site visit and provide a structural report. As soon as I explained my situation to Rajan he quickly booked in a site visit where he and my builder discussed the issues and worked out a plan to move forward. Within a few days Rajan supplied me with a report. Very polite, listened carefully, responded quickly and very reasonably priced. Thanks Rajan.

My experience with Rajan was exceptional. His efficiency and organization ensured my project was completed, and communication throughout the process was seamless. I asked Rajan to help me with the removal of a load-bearing wall from my kitchen, and I found him to be professionally knowledgeable and very thorough in their assessment of the wall. Very organized and informative Professional in all areas

A large boundary retaining wall started to fail with huge cracks appearing in the last 12 months. To rebuild would cost in excess of £70k but Rajan identified the cause of the problem (water pressure building up on the soil retaining side of the wall) and came up with a brilliant solution. Now we are removing a small section of soil and adding drainage. He also designed stitching to give the wall some extra help! He was quick, polite and provided drawings that made it easy to explain the work needed to contractors.
