  Dry verge installation

  I highly recommend Ricco. Submitted a quote request via Checkatrade app & Ricco called me the same day to arrange to come & quote the next day. Although only running a few minutes late for the appointment due to a puncture, he called to let me know. He is friendly and very easy to get on with & gave us a very reasonable quote with no pressure. Work was done without any hassle by Ricco and his brother, they arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Excellent communication via text & Whatsapp, I wasn't home when they finished but was sent pictures of the completed dry verges.

  Led flashing repair due to water leak

  R/S roofing responded immediately after I rang them through checks trade and assessed the job the next day and completed it the following day considering that water was coming through the bedroom ceiling, I could not be happier with the speed of the repair

  Rubber roof

  Had an old felt flat roof that was leaking everywhere called RS roofing out and gave me a really fair price for replacing with Epdm rubber roof really happy with the job and he had no problem explaining everything to me and kept me informed will definitely recommend to friends and family.

  Nice approachable chap. Assessed work and provided alternative solutions . Went for the long term option of a membrane and tile fixing. Job seems to be done to a good quality standard. Would recommend Rico.
