  Right from the get go, Nathan was very professional. His quote for the job was very detailed and listed costs for all the elements of the works. Once the guys started Nathan kept us updated on a daily basis on how the job was going. We decided to change our minds regarding the colour of the ridge tiles. Nathan was excellent in getting the items changed with no fuss. Once the job was completed he provided us with a photo library of before during and after. Not being an expert on roofing, all I can say the finished job looks fantastic, and we’ve already noticed the difference.

  Roof Replacement

  I had my roof entirely replaced due to closed cell Spray Foam. Nathan was excellent at communicating and always quick to respond. He kept me updated at every stage and provided before, during and after pictures of the work carried out. Site was left clear and tidy at the end of every day. Would highly recommend

  Roof survey assessment

  Nathan was responsive and super helpful to assess my slate roof repairs which had been flagged on a survey. He provided practical feedback and was incredibly helpful and communicative on his assessment and recommendations to assist with further planning. Without a doubt I would contract and engage with Nathan for future works and repairs required.

  RS Roofing and Building Services replaced a roof and two velux windows on a small block of residential units for me. This job also included overhauling an old lead gutter that ran in the gulley of a parapet wall that has given problems over many years. I was particularly impressed with how Ryan and Nathan advised increasing the size of the renovated gutter to ensure similar issues were not experienced going forward. Such a delight to work with a company that does excellent work and hugely helpful.

  Roof Repair, Chimney Repair, New Facia, Guttering & soffits

  Very professional company, very polite, explained everything what was happening that day. Daily update on days that they couldn't attend due to bad weather. Site left spotless, all old guttering & felt taken away. I can highly recommend Nathan, Ryan & Jordan as tradesmen you can trust.

  Damp patches around chimney breast.

  The roofing felt had disintergrated over time so water was coming down the wall cavity. Ryan and Nathan and their team always arrived on time. The problem was fixed aswell as flashing around the chimney top. They cleaned up once work had been completed. I would recommend R&S without hesitation.
