Zak came and explained everything. We thought it was a Squirrel, but he found evidence of mice. Bait laid and waiting on return visits, but the noise level has really decreased from the mice activity. Would highly recommend.

They turned up on time, also sent a text advising how long until they would arrive. Checked the property plus external for signs of rats, baited the loft and other areas, also advised on where a hole in the loft was. the next follow up visit is booked for Friday 22nd November, so far service is good.

We found RS Pest Control via Checkatrade and have a positive experience. They were able to visit us within a few days of booking, and as of a week later we've not seen an wasps in the infested area. If that changes, we'll give them another call - a happy customer.

Charlie arrived within 30 minutes of our telephone discussion to inspect the swarm of bees that had arrived the previous day and had gathered in a bush, and agree on what could be done. However, in the time between the call and arrival, the swarm had flown off so in the end, no further work was done. But Charlie gave a detailed description of what he would have done, how they would have been handled, and where they would have been taken. Excellent service all round (just let down by the bees who flew off before this could be done !!)
