  Kitchen complete strip out and install

  In my experience with this builder, I would prefer not to have to use another one when working on my house. He has done my kitchen and my bathroom to the highest standard, I have not had to call him back to come fix anything- he is a fully competent and diligent builder that knows what he is doing and adds value to his work by coming up with additional ideas you may not have thought of.. he’s very organised and clean! Everyone that visits my house compliments the work that he’s done! Thank you so much

  I had a fantastic experience with RSP A1 Construction Ltd. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful throughout the process of the project being carried out and completed . . Everything was handled with care and efficiency, and they made what could have been a stressful time, feel smooth and easy. I really appreciated their friendly attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy tradesperson.

  Kitchen extension and fittings, bathroom fittings, garage conversion and ground floor renovation

  Very happy with the work. A pleasant experience to have the work done with RSP A1 builders. Lucky and Balbir are very skilful builders and took great care of my project. I’m planning garden house renovation and a new kitchen fitting and already asked Lucky to gave me a quote.

  Loft conversion

  I was recommended lucky and his team by a close friend. I was sceptical at first because this was my first building experience ever and listening to all the horror stories and experiences from other people with their builders and their work , I was worried dealing with new unknown territory . But Lucky and Balbir with their team proved me wrong and gave me assurances through out the work. My work was completed to my level of expectations. I will use them again . Highly recommended, they will not disappoint .

  Team was very good, handled everything and never said no to any of our additional requests. Completed the job on time and within budget agreed. Very happy with the job done and would recommend to anyone.

  Garage conversion

  Lucky and his team did an excellent job in converting our garage into a en-suite room. Lucky gave us a timeframe of completion, kept us up to date the whole time and actually finished a few days before that. The team were always on time to do their work and were just so friendly. I was gobsmacked by the end result. After seeing their fantastic work We then asked lucky and the team to do our media wall for us. We hope to do our extension in the near future and will not be looking elsewhere but will be asking lucky and the team to carry out the job. Honestly can’t recommend them enough
