Job location: GU12Amazing and rescued first thing this morning! Woke up to find my mains water pipe was leaking and within the hour RSM arrived and sorted! Contacted Reece late one evening to discuss a leaking bath. Response time was super quick, he arranged to come out the next day and was clear on the pricing. Reece then gave a courtesy call on the way and this was at the time agreed. Work was thorough and I was kept informed (he even showed a video so I knew what the issue had been!), and fix was completed there and then. Work was tidy and he even offered to help with putting back flooring and a bath panel which I had removed prior to him arriving. This was very kindly completed, making my life a lot easier! Job location: GU12I had my toilet and sink unit replaced into an awkward space and bath taps changed. Reece fitted me into his schedule within days of my job request. Great communication, knowledge, workmanship and tidy. Highly recommend10 New hot water tank

Job location: GU23We are absolutely thrilled with our service from RSM. They responded immediately with my call, fitted me inbetween other jobs very promptly indeed. They sourced the new shower unit, quoted for everything and did the entire job within 48hours of my first communication. The job was efficient, perfection, no mess and they were extremely polite and professional. I can highly recommend their services and will be using them again
