I had contracted Blake Smith to lay a 50 metre duct across my gardening and underneath the patio so a fibre internet cable could be subsequently run through. Ryan was very efficient in his communication and managed expectations very well. I am very pleased with his quality of work and professionalism.

We used Ryan at Blake Smith Ltd for the footings, drainage, and landscaping on our extension, and the whole experience was excellent. Ryan was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The work was completed to a high standard, everything was well organised, and the site was kept tidy throughout. Communication was clear, and any questions we had were answered honestly and clearly. We’re really pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Blake Smith Ltd to anyone needing groundwork, drainage, or landscaping work done.

Ryan and his team were exceptional from start to finish. Their knowledge and know-how was evident from their first visit, and helped to inform a design which we really like. The quality of the workmanship was second to none, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Ryan assisted with gaining Building Control sign off for the job, which was a weight off our shoulders. Will definitely be using Ryan again for any future projects.

We have had a patio and steps built, stretching across the rear of our house. Ryan was extremely helpful from the very beginning, helping and guiding us throughout the process. The entire team were fab, ensuring they communicated with us each day whilst being approachable at all times, arriving when arranged and leaving the property tidy at the end of every day. Couldn’t fault Ryan or his team who left us over the moon with the work they completed for us.

Cannot award a high enough review for the quality and care taken by Ryan and his team. We had a single storey extension, new kitchen and utility completed and installed within 7 weeks for a Christmas deadline. The deadline was incredibly tight, but at no point was the quality of the end product compromised. Any problems that arose were dealt with without stress and a solution presented. The team were all lovely and professionals that you would welcome into your home. We will be using R Smith&sons exclusively for any projects in the future. I leave them with the upmost praise and thanks!

This was our first experience of having any work completed on our home so we initially found finding someone we trusted quite daunting but were immediately reassured by Ryan. We felt listened to especially regarding the importance of keeping within our budget. We couldn’t fault any of the team throughout the build, keeping us in the picture at all times, suggesting changes that suited what we wanted which has created a beautiful family space. We had no surprises or budget failing. The whole experience was made a positive one by Ryan, Aaron and the entire team at Clewer-Smith Construction.
