    Mr Smith was informative, kind, helpful and experienced. He was very polite when attending and kept me informed by phone. He was flexible with appointments and was a tidy workman. I would and will recommend him to anyone I know who needs a Heating Engineer/Plumber.

    Richard came and inspected the issue and said he would try and find a solution for me. Although he could not help on this occasion he did give me a phone number to help me which was much appreciated. Thank you!

    Richard was so polite and helpful. He sorted out the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Gave me sound advice to avoid future problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Replacement of Boiler

    Richard was very professional carried out the job quickly and efficiently. From the quotation to 5 days later I had a new boiler.Very clean and tidy. The joy of having hot water any time of day is amazing also very reasonable price.
