2nd visit from Steve @ R/S Gas Services 1st visit was a new boiler. This visit was to fit 2 new radiator thermostats, unfortunately we needed a 3rd but Steve fitted it out of courtesy. Steve as in our 1st encounter was professional, polite, punctual and extremely knowledgeable, a good all round decent guy , thank you Steve we'll be seeing you in the New Year, Deb & Jim 😊

The guys were great, it wasn't the easiest job as our pipework was not fit for purpose which they replaced and then the hob we had delivered was faulty but they came back without any fuss once we had a working hob to get the job done. Communication was very good and reliable.

Called RS Gas services for an emergency repair, I had pierced an internal water pipe to the central heating, came same day and fixed the leak, excellent workmanship and reliable and trustworthy. Moved work around to accommodate me.

Job was done within a couple of hours of me phoning to book an appointment. Gas was tested for leaks before and after gas fire removal. A good job done. I would definitely recommend.

Once we had contacted them they was very quick to get in touch to make an appointment. They was very efficient, tidy and a job well done. I would definitely recommend this company
