I contacted RS EPC, and he quickly provided a reasonable quote. Rhys provided two dates to choose from to perform the work and then also accommodated a slightly earlier date to meet my tenants convenience. Work was carried out as expected, invoice promptly and work promptly provided. The whole process was easy and slick with Rhys. Mainly communicated through Checkatrade, and I requested the invoice by email, which Rhys did. I would use him again.

I called Rhys having been let down by the person I had booked to complete my EPC assessment. Rhys immediately fitted me in for an assessment the next day. He is extremely nice and efficient and he completed the assessment and sent me the draft the very next morning . Excellent service
