  Issue with shower

  Sent two lads to look at the shower to tell me what I already knew was wrong with the thermostatic cartridge. Charged me £110 to diagnose the fault, which comprised of the lad turning the knob with little regard for whether it was actually attached to the brass fitting which controls the shower temperature. Anyway, it's hard to get tradespeople so we ignore and hope for the best. They encouraged me to buy a new unit which was delivered to me in two days and then no response. Had to get another plumber to fit in the end due to completely ignoring contact.

  Issue with shower, brilliant service!

  Had an emergency with my shower with the tap being faulty after only a year after a new renovation from Wickes! The guys where so helpful in sorting and replacing the shower and especially doing the job while his mrs was in labour what more could you want!

  Leak in kitchen

  They came the same day to fix a leak behind the cabinets in the kitchen. The work was done quickly. It was a bit pricey, but they did have to take apart the kitchen cabinets and reassemble them to get to the leak, so I understand. Plus doing it same day was a life saver.

  Re-plumbing of old water pipes

  Josh initially came out to cover a leak but ended up doing significant remedial work to the house plumbing. He and Dan were helpful, great on communication and walked through the work which needed doing. Happy to recommend their work. First class

  RE POINTING

  RS was very fast to respond to my advert for repointing my house as I was having problems with damp They came out same day and give me a price and 3 days later they started the project Other people told me it would take 5weeks and they only took 2 weeks very very happy with the job and the lads was very polite HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Stairs, landing and ceilings plastering

  Amazing service, highly recommend. Dan fitted us in within 24 hours to help us out as I’m 35 weeks pregnant and need to get the house ready for our new arrival. The quality of work is outstanding, working over the weekend (including Sunday) to get the job finished on time. Extremely reasonable pricing and did us a favour by skimming the baby’s nursery ceiling too to get rid of unsightly cracks and artexing. Thank you so much, will definitely be using RS Contractors again in the future.
