Ryan is brilliant and a genuinely nice chap. He’s hardworking, polite, punctual, and highly knowledgeable about windows. I needed 9 large sash windows and a door replaced in my Victorian flat, and he was helpful from the start, patiently walking me through the options. Even with several changes on my side, he adjusted quickly. Although the manufacturer delayed the windows by three weeks and I had a tight deadline, Ryan worked overtime and weekends to get everything done. Renovations can be stressful, but having Ryan handle the windows made a huge difference. I would definitely recommend him.

We were recommended to this company for some repairs and replacement glass for our rather old double glazing. Ryan came round to measure up and gave us a very reasonable price for the work. We placed the order and Ryan then kept in touch with the expected delivery date and, in due course, when he would come to carry out the work. He even let us know that he was going to be 15 minutes later than he said! The work was carried out very neatly and he cleared up afterwards. Thoroughly professional. I have already recommended him to a friend.

In the inspection we had to have carried out by RISA, it is in the OPINION of RISA, (the UKAS accredited Inspection Body No. 9888 that carries out the inspection of the installation of replacement Windows Doors & Rooflights, which incorporate the relevant requirements of the Building Regulations and the FENSA Scheme requirements FENSA Validation), that 'In its current condition,the installation (By Ryan of RSB Windows) cannot be considered to have been completed with reasonable care and skill as required under Section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015'. Lots more to add but not enough space.

Ryan was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the process, which really put us at ease. We had a replacement sash window installed, as well as old French doors replaced with bi-folds. The installation went smoothly, and Ryan was meticulous about cleaning up afterwards. We couldn’t ask for more – we're really happy with the result and are already discussing another project with him. Would definitely recommend!

Ryan installed uPVC sliders on my large bay window to replace the original sash windows which were in very poor condition. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. From initial quote through to completion is works, the process was seamless and the end result is excellent. Very happy with my new windows and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
