Shane is so helpful - he advised us what we needed and within the space of a few days, job was complete. His attention to detail is amazing and he was very patient explaining how to work everything to a non techy person like me! Will definitely recommend his services and continue to use in future. I cannot fault the work carried out by Shane from RSB security. From the very start he explained exactly what would be happening with the fitting of the alarm & cameras. He answered any questions I had and carried out the work very thorough & efficiently. He explained exactly how everything worked and showed me how to use the cameras including installing the app onto my phone so I could monitor them.
