Charlie was very communicative prior to his appointment, he was well presented and came prepared for the repair to our Miele Washing machine. He carried out the repair and put the machine through 2 cycles before he left. Overall excellent service - highly recommended.

The drum had been overloaded. Charlie put it back in place
