  Bedroom wall relocation

  Asked Robert at RS1 Construction for a quote via Check A Trade and he contacted me within an hour. Appt made to survey and a price the next day. The work was organised & carried out start to finish by his team and we could not be happier. Bedroom wall removed - new wall put up, skirted and plastered and a radiator moved as a result. Turned up when he said they would, protected our cream carpet, completed the job on time for a good price. What more could you ask for?!

  Conversion of Jack and Jill space into adjoining bedroom

  Brilliant Builder

  Rs1 construction was hired to build a one bedroom extension with ensuite shower. The timescale and cost was advised at the outset, Robert and his team were very friendly constantly tidied up after themselves and work done to a very standard. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and in fact Robert is coming back in the spring to do some landscaping.

  Internal Alterations Various Trades

  August 2025 - Following house extension works carried out at my daughters house which were completed on time, on budget and completely satisfactorily I asked RS1 to do internal alterations to recreate an original room in our house and stair works forming an additional upstairs room. This work was carried out and completed without any issues at all, the workmanship was first class and we were completely satisfied. All works were carried out in a professional manner by Robert Stewart who fully coordinated all trades required in a seamless process. I would be happy to recommend RS1 Construction.

  1 Bed flat renovation

  Hired Robert and RS1 Construction to carry out complete renovation of 1 bedroom flat in Newton Mearns. Robert took time to explain all my options and once we had agreed on what I required the work was carried out to a very high standard and in a timeous manner, for the price we had agreed. It is evident from the work completed that Robert takes a pride in the work RS1 Construction perform. From first meeting I got the feeling that Robert was a man who would do what he promised which is a valuable attribute when inviting tradesmen into your home. I would not hesitate in recommending RS1.
