  Garage Conversion - Top Builder!

  We hired RS1 Construction to convert our garage into a part office, part utility room, including the addition of a new side door, and we’re really pleased with the finished result. Robert was extremely communicative and helpful throughout, offering advice along the way and making the whole process very straightforward. His team were friendly, hardworking and accommodating, completing the work quickly and to a really high standard. A great quality service from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to use RS1 Construction again and would highly recommend them!

  Beyond Expectations!

  I approached RS1 Construction after a bad experience with another trades person. The work required was to finish the renovation of my one bedroom flat and included; Plastering, Painting, Joinery and fitting a kitchen. Robert was extremely reliable throughout the whole process and was very responsive with his communication. The works were carried out quickly and to a high standard. I am very glad I found this company on Checkatrade. Thank you Robert for all your hard work on my flat, I am extremely grateful!

  Property re-instatement after water leak/damage

  Contacted RS1 Construction via Checkatrade to quote to reinstate my flat after a water leak had caused significant water damage to the property. Robert was very prompt in responding to my query and arranged a quote to carry out all the necessary work very promptly. Robert dealt with/arranged everything to get the flat back to as good as new, from changing plasterboard/plastering/tiling/electrics/plumbing/relaying flooring and accommodated some extra jobs for me too, which was appreciated. Robert was great to deal with and the level of workmanship from him and his tradespeople was excellent.

  Bedroom wall relocation

  Asked Robert at RS1 Construction for a quote via Check A Trade and he contacted me within an hour. Appt made to survey and a price the next day. The work was organised & carried out start to finish by his team and we could not be happier. Bedroom wall removed - new wall put up, skirted and plastered and a radiator moved as a result. Turned up when he said they would, protected our cream carpet, completed the job on time for a good price. What more could you ask for?!
