  Richard replaced our boiler and cylinder and did an amazing job. He clearly explained what he was doing and why. His work is clean and professional. Would recommend Richard to anyone needing a plumber.

  First time using Richard’s services following a family recommendation. From our initial contact through to the completion of the work it was a pleasure dealing with Richard. The booking service is simple and the reminder service is also a help. Richard arrived at the arranged time, was extremely polite and showed great respect for our property. While completing the work he kept us informed of progress and all aspects being checked. A thoroughly professional service and we would highly recommend.

  Replacement & relocation of Gas Boiler

  We engaged Richard Russell to replace and relocate our ageing Gas boiler, Hot water cylinder, pump and controls and we are absolutely delighted with the completed work. From the initial contact with Richard he has been punctual, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. All work carried out by Richard ably assisted by Tom was of the highest standard and nothing was too much trouble. They took care working in our home and left the worksite clean and tidy at the end of each day. In short I cannot praise Richard Russell highly enough and I unconditionally recommend his services.
