Moved to a new house. The windows and doors were sticking and not opening and closing correctly. Asked Vince to take a look expecting him to say we’d need replacements, however he was confident he could fix them all. He turned up on time, was methodical and meticulous, ensuring the job was done well and insisting on leaving the areas spotless. Vince stuck to his estimate price which we thought was very fairly priced. Very happy customers. Would not hesitate to recommend.

My bathroom window opening mechanism had failed meaning I was unable to open it. As it was upstairs and difficult to access Vince removed first the glass, then the window itself in order to gain access to the broken gearbox. A new gearbox was installed and the window reinstalled. Vince then provided me with advice on how to keep the window mechanisms and locks properly lubricated. All this work was completed in under an hour. RPS was recommended to me and, following his excellent work and great communication, I would thoroughly recommend Vince to anyone seeking double glazing repairs.

Vince visited us on the day of our phone call to assess the works we needed doing. He left us with a quotation which was fair and advised he could carry out the works in one week's time. We wanted a window replaced with a cat flap in it. Vince gave us the details of the cat flap to order so that the specification was the right one for the window glass hole and for the depth of the double glazing. The job was done on time and to a professional standard. We are very happy with our installation. Thank you Vince.

Vince has just finished replacing a "fogged "French door unit, very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining all he doing to correct other faults on the doors. I would definitely recommend him, l wish all tradesman were as good.
