  Excellent work repairing and re-tiling our bathroom

  We've had a wonderful experience with RPR Property Services, who have helped us repair and revitalise our bathroom. The works included re-boarding, tanking and re-tiling the bathroom walls, re-tiling the floor, installing a new shower, shower screen and bath panel, as well freshening up some of the wood trim. They showed great attention to detail and craftsmanship throughout the project, and their communication was always prompt and considerate. It's clear they take pride in their work and want to ensure their customers are happy. RPR have definitely succeeded in that with us!

  Outstanding tradesman

  Razza was very professional when he came to the job and price it up. He doesn’t cut any corners and he always puts the customer first. His team is very reliable and very respectful and his work is one of the best I have seen and I’ll be offering him more work on other properties for the future. I will be recommending him to more family and friends.

  Unreliable & untrustworthy

  I accepted the quote but specifically requested a detailed cost breakdown to avoid hidden or surprise charges. Despite this, £150 was added after I asked for more detail, £300 more just the day before the job, and another £300 on the day work was meant to start. The builder also mentioned having another easier job. I ultimately cancelled as I felt the approach lacked transparency and professionalism. All the bathroom items (shower, basin, taps, etc.) had already been ordered in preparation, so this has not only wasted my time.

  House repiped and boiler relocated

  We recently had our whole house repiped and the boiler relocated by RPR Property Service, and we’re extremely pleased with the work. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They handled the job with great care and kept disruption to a minimum, which we really appreciated. The new pipework is neat and well-organised, and the boiler relocation was done flawlessly. Communication was clear throughout, and the project was completed on time. Highly recommend RPR Property Service for any plumbing or heating work—top-notch service from start to finish!
