  This chap didn't show for oue boiler check last year. Did not respond to calls, texts or Facebook messages - I took a valuable day off work for nothing. He did show up at my mother-in-laws house though. I was in the process of booking another company to do mother-in-laws boiler check for September 2021 when she called a few days ago (August 2021)to say this chap had shown up unannounced without appointment and she let him carry out the check. We're very angry - no reputable company would just show up unannounced for a boiler check not even due until September. Avoid.

  Boiler, shower screen/shower pan, tap and two radiators installed. Alongside fixing of various other areas of the kitchen such as extractor fan and kitchen top that had come away from the wall.

  Great work done at short notice after a simple boiler service resulted in us needing a new one installed immediately. Very good quality craftsmanship with little to no fuss. Any issues that arose were sorted on the day and dealt with quickly and professionally. The new shower screen/shower pan was installed without any damage to the existing tiles, and the plumbing which was constantly being blocked is now fixed. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone needing work done on your bathroom.

  Left old suite in the garden and didn’t inform me I would have to dispose of it myself. Radiator pipe leaked, and I had difficulty making contact to get it fixed. Still leaked after 2nd visit, and I have received no further response to my messages to come back to fix it. I had to use another plumber to fix it.

  Good workmanship, very good communication via watts app and the trader did show images regarding completion of work and via images. The work was carried out in a timely manner and was professional. Overall happy with this trader, would recommend and will use again ++
