Fantatstic service from RPM! Car was returned immaculate inside and out. Wouldn't have known there was any damage had I not seen it myself. Can't recommend enough.

Decided to repair my wife's car after it was written off as we had some extensive mechanical work done previously before the accident and knew the history of the vehicle.. we enlisted RPM body shop who quoted varying degrees of work.. the car now looks brand new, very knowledgeable guys in the office and In the garage.. not a seam out of place.. great company, we are very happy.n

Dropped car off for panoramic roof replacement and was told we will keep you updated Didn’t hear anything for two weeks my wife called and was told that they were waiting for a part and we will keep you updated Didn’t hear Any thing for another week I called and was told that someone is doing the roof in 1 1/2 weeks time Still not heard anything from them after this time had passed Finally when car was ready to be collected the car had not been cleaned and had dirty boot marks on all the seats and dirty hand marks everywhere I am very disappointed in the service I have received

I took the time to visit RPM for a repair assessment, 3 emails and 2 calls 17 days later despite promises this will be provided, still no estimates have been received. Potentially they can only handle small simple jobs, but disappointing they can’t even make a courtesy call to inform me. I’ve good money waiting to spend.
