I was working and had managed to lock myself out of the property I was working on. Called RPC Locksmiths and he said he would fit me in, which he did even though where I was and the time of day meant it would take a bit longer. Rob arrived in time, got the door open and voila, he made a difficult situation easier. I am so glad I called Rob. I called 3 locksmiths in total. One did not answer, one called when I got home but Rob was the first to answer, give me reassurance and then when he’d done the job he even helped me pack my car. First class service and I highly recommend.

Excellent work, very good nice and polite. Fixed door as couldn't unlock it mechanism was jammed had the right fixing to fix and now my door is perfect. Also sorted front door aswell. Both good as new thank you

Rob was very responsive and helpful to my initial telephone call and managed to fit us in that same day. He kept us posted when he would be coming. He was efficient, and knowledgeable and went above and beyond by making sure that the door shut well (adjusting the door screws/hardware etc). Offered options, from cheapest to more expensive for us to consider. Would thoroughly recommend, thank you Rob.
