  Roy was extremely helpful from start to finish and would definitely recommend his services. Roy came over with samples and took the time to explain the pro's and con's of the different options available. He also took measurements of all our rooms. After we had chosen our preferred style of carpet, Roy came back to us with a very attractive quote. We decided to proceed and couldn't be happier with the product and service we have received. If you want extremely high quality carpet fitted masterfully then Roy is your Man!

  Roy, on his initial visit brought a good range of samples at very competitive prices and gave excellent advice. He fitted a lounge carpet then a few months later did the stairway and landing, on both occasions to a high standard. He was punctual, efficient and friendly and I would have no reservations in recommending Roy Williams.

  Roy Williams was very helpful. He measured up and quoted at an evening appointment. It was very easy as he brought sample books with him which we could look at in the property. The carpets supplied were good quality and value and Roy gave us very helpful advice. The subsequent fitting of the carpets was done to a very high standard. Everything went very smoothly and we were delighted with the outcome.
