    Amazed, Superb. They put cloths down so no mess, were very friendly and personable. Gave clear explanations of work to done and went through it afterwards. Turned up when they said. So good and trustworthy. Very pleased.

    Payley and his son Harry, arrived punctually, did what they said they would do, identified a number of small maintenance jobs, explained what they were doing before they did it, and why, all for very reasonable charges. we would unhesitatingly recommend them without reservation

    Felt roof repair and pebble dash repair

    Payley and his son Harry came over to quote on repairing a felt bay window roof and a porch roof and their quote was really reasonable and they did the work on time and to an excellent quality. They spotted some pebble dash that needed repairing and did that as well for a very good price. Punctual, friendly (as the company name says), very tidy and helpful. Thoroughly recommend for any job and I’ve got them on speed dial if I need any other work doing. Love their whole approach to building work - look after the customer and they work for reasonable wage rather than trying to maximise their pro

    Painted exterior bungalow wall, realigned gutter, repointing and general maintenance

    As usual, Payley and his sons provided a first class service. Very knowledgeable, polite, punctual and always tidied up each day. We would thoroughly recommend this team. They repointed multiple ridge tiles + valley on roof, fixed multiple slipped roof tiles. Repaired plinth on front wall. Removed guttering and clips down side of property, re positioned back outlet and fitted new outlet grid then refitted guttering and brackets at a more suitable angle. Prepared bungalow external wall prior to applying Sandtex masonry paint. Re sealed around shower tray + cubicle with new silicon.
