  Replacement hallway ceiling & plastering

  Mason’s team at Royell Services provided a great service on what was a filthy hot bank holiday weekend. Throughout the quote stage, the team were prompt with messaging and provided a very clear breakdown of the works following a site visit (not many thought this was necessary). Overall, the work has been carried out to a high level, with full removal of the ceiling plaster (to ensure everything was in order underneath) and removal of rubbish also included. I would definitely recommend the team for future plastering work.

  Punctual, polite, and responsive

  The team were punctual, responsive, and very polite throughout. Communication was good and they were quick to come back and address the issue. While the initial repair didn’t fully resolve the crack, they returned promptly to apply an additional layer of plaster. Overall, a positive experience in terms of professionalism and reliability.

  Speedy efficient service at a good price
