  Royal Spa Decoration agreed to honour a quote provided last year for a job completed in April 2026 which was for Dulux paint, although we requested Farrow & Ball paint. They completed the redecoration but painted the cornices in the wrong colour and did not use Farrow & Ball paint. We requested them to come back and rectify the cornice paint. We also requested a breakdown of the paint cost as it was well in excess of £300 in total. They refused to come back as they had suggested that if we paid the invoice first, they would come back and rectify.

  Good quality well organised work

  Royal Spa Decoration are professional, friendly, well organised and take pride in their work. We are very happy with the job they did for us across three rooms in our house. RSD are not the cheapest decorators but you generally get what you pay for. They came well recommended and we would happily do likewise and re-employee them.

  Living room prep and paint

  I honestly couldn’t recommend James and his team more. They turned this job around in a matter of days as we were due to move, going from quote to completion incredibly quickly without compromising on quality. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. They were punctual every day, kept everything clean and tidy, and were always so respectful of our home. We’re absolutely thrilled with the transformation and couldn’t be happier with the end result.
