I reached out to Luke as we had noticed an issue with damp surronding the windows in our house. Luke responded quickly, checked the roof and identified the issue. We talk through the different options for repair and Luke was very good at providing the different price options. Once we agree the work, Luke was quick to get the scaffold up and his team in. The roofers put in a solid week of work and made all the repairs. Luke was responsive throughout and coordinate things well with team. The work looks good and we are very pleased with the job.

Luke was really responsive and reliable. He made sure he understood exactly what the problem was before he suggested a solution and then managed both the scaffolding and the roof repairs really effectively. He was clear about what was needed and the price it would be and was always patient and provided a good explanation and answer to all my questions giving me complete confidence in his work. He always turned up when he said he would, provided regular updates and progress photos and I could absolutely not fault any part of his service.

Luke and his team arrived 8am as promised, started immediately, kept me informed every step, all the guys very polite and helpful, did an excellent job, all clean and tidy, would certainly recommend.

Luke and his team were efficient, polite and hard working. Treated our property with respect. Always on time and explained each stage of the process.

Luke was an excellent communicator. I was kept informed of arrival, leaving and returning at all times. The area once completed was swept and cleaned. The job was done to a high standard.

I chose Royal Roofing because the first time I met Luke he instilled confidence in me that he could manage the task ( others had quoted and there had been a lot of tutting and head shaking ) it’s not an easy roof -several dormers, flat roof and 4 curved bays -I’m sure it would put many off ! He arrived having done his homework - with a Google earth pic of my dilapidated roof and explained how he would tackle it -the price was adjusted for a slightly cheaper tile to keep it in budget -I love my new roof! I no longer lay awake on rainy nights and imagine I can hear dripping ! Quality work x
